Students Terms of Service

Once you have registered at Rahma Quran Academy for your kid as a student, the following are the conditions and terms of services that you should abide by:

After the successful completion of trial classes, you will have to decide whether to continue with us.

• Once you have decided to continue, you must pay the fee in advance in the first week of every month. If you do not pay the fee on time, classes will be ceased.
• Rahma academy has the right to stop the classes if payment is not made within 7 days without informing.
• Any leave from your side is considered paid and there's no makeup for that.
• There's no makeup for leaves longer than 5 days as it's not manageable for a teacher.
• If you want to cancel any day, you are required to inform your teacher.
• Rahma reserves the right to cancel the classes if the student is absent for 2 weeks without prior notice.
• We can change teachers at any time if needed for quality teaching.
• If a teacher resigns, a new teacher will be provided. Students should not stay in touch with previous teachers; Rahma is not responsible for any damages caused by such contacts.
• You are not allowed to discuss payments or your contact details with the teacher.
• The Eid holidays are the paid leaves of teachers, and we have no other holidays in the year.
• If you inform us beforehand, you do not have to pay for long holidays. Otherwise, you must pay in full.
